Why am I not receiving tracking emails?

Tracking emails are sent by our fulfilment partners/couriers once your order is on its way, and will be sent to the billing email listed on your order. 


If you are not receiving tracking emails, please check the billing email listed on your orders, and check your spam/junk folders in case they are hidden there. 


If you are still experiencing issues receiving these, we recommend trying an alternative email address for your orders. 


Our shipping updates page will always detail when customers should receive tracking by so that you can get in touch to receive this manually if needed.
