Why am I not receiving Early Access emails?

Early Access emails will be sent to the billing email associated with your subscription. 


If you do not receive an Early Access email as expected, please check your spam/junk folders in case this is hidden there. We also recommend adding hello@fairyloot.com as an email contact to help your mail provider process these emails quickly. 


If you are still experiencing issues receiving Early Access emails, please contact us.


Please note: If the Early Access sale is for active subscribers and not for a sequel, you can access this directly from the "Memberships" section of your account.
