If one of your books or items was damaged or missing, and you have sent it back to us for a replacement, it may take up to 30 business days for the replacement to be sent out.
Please also note that lost parcels, missing items or damages need to be reported within 30 days of the last tracking update! After that, we won't be able to arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Was this article helpful?
