How do Pre-Orders work?

What are Pre-Orders?

Most of our Exclusive book editions and book sets are sold as pre-orders, usually with upfront payment. This means that payment is taken when the order is placed, but the book or book set ships at a later date. 

Estimated Shipping Dates:

Each pre-order item includes an estimated shipping date in its product description. While we strive to ship pre-orders as close to this estimated date as possible, please note that the actual shipping date may be subject to change. We will provide updates if there are any changes to the shipping schedule.

How Pre-Orders Appear in Your Account: 

After placing a pre-order, you can easily track its status through your account: 

• Pre-orders Section: Here, you’ll find all your pre-orders listed with their current status, which could be 'Active', 'Completed', or 'Cancelled'. 
• Orders Section: Pre-orders also appear in the "Orders" section. They are marked with a "Pre-ordered" status, which we update the shipping date nears.
