We check all items to make sure they are correct and in perfect condition before shipping them. However, if you receive the wrong item or if the item was received with damage, we will replace the item with a new one. You can find our book damage criteria below:

Please note, due to differences in materials and manufacturing, some books may feature variations that do not qualify as damage.
This can include, but is not limited to:
- Metallic dust jackets being more prone to light scratches
- Paint on sprayed edges (especially dark colours) may show paper variation/manufacturing and shelf wear
- Tip-ins being slightly misaligned
The above criteria is a general guidance, however, every ticket will be manually reviewed by our Customer Support Team and all replacements will be at the discretion of our Customer Support Team.
Please note that we can only accept damage/missing item claims within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you wish to report an issue, please open a support ticket. We will usually respond within 2-3 business days.
