How do I update the address for my subscription?

You can change the shipping address of your subscription in your account on our website. Please make sure that your shipping address is always up to date and that you change it before the subscription renews! 


To do this, go to your account and then to your subscriptions:



Then select the subscription you would like to update, which will take you to the subscription and you can select 'change address':



Adding an address to the "Address" section of your account will not automatically apply this to your subscription, instead only listing it as an option for future shop orders. Please ensure to add the address to your subscription specifically to apply.


If you need to change the country of your subscription, please reach out to our team, since your subscription's shipping fee (and taxes) will likely change. 


Please note that once your subscription has renewed, you won’t be able to change the address for that month’s order. In this case, please reach out to our customer support team so that we can change the shipping address for your renewal order. If you’re unsure about whether or not you’ve changed it correctly, please contact us and our team can double check so that we make sure your order will go to the correct location. 


As soon as your label gets sent to our warehouse, it will be impossible to change the address – so please make sure that you inform us about your address change as early as possible!
