How do I update my payment method?

You can update, delete or add a payment method for your automatic subscription payments in your account on our website.

The easiest way is to head directly to subscriptions > find the subscription you wish to edit. Here you will find an option to "change payment".

Alternatively, you can add a new payment method via the "Payment Methods" section of your account.

Please note, you will need to ensure the option to apply this to all active subscriptions is selected for this to apply to your subscription(s).

If you add a payment method to your account on our website, you will also be able to use this saved payment method for any purchases from our Fairy Trove online shop.

All payment methods are stored very safely in our payment provider's system!
