How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account on our website. Simply navigate to the subscription section in your account and select the active subscription that you would like to cancel. There will be a "Cancel" button next to the subscription and your subscription's status will be "Pending Cancellation" until the next upcoming renewal, where it will change to "Cancelled". 

If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will not renew again but you will still receive the outstanding boxes you have already paid for. 

Once your subscription is "Cancelled" you will not be able to re-activate the subscription - but you can start a new subscription or join the waitlist to start a new subscription.
