Why were all of my orders refunded?

If we receive a payment dispute for a transaction, we usually cancel and refund all orders that are linked to the same bank card, in order to prevent any further disputes. 

Please note, that a dispute take typically takes between 30 and 90 days to be resolved and should always be the last way of dealing with a payment issue. We can usually help you directly and faster if you reach out to us by opening a support ticket.
