Will I have to pay customs charges?

United States and United Kingdom Orders:

If your order is being delivered to an address in the United States or the United Kingdom, there should be no additional customs or tax fees to pay upon delivery.

European Union Orders:

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, if the total order value is below £135 (GBP), there should be no additional customs or tax fees to pay upon delivery, as we collect and pay VAT on behalf of the EU country. If you are charged VAT or customs fees by your country’s customs department and believe this is in error, please contact your local customs office directly for further assistance. We are unable to refund third-party fees.

Orders Outside the US, UK, and EU:

For orders shipped to countries outside the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union, local authorities may collect customs fees before or upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
