What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home during the scheduled delivery, our courier services will either leave the parcel at a safe location, or they will automatically attempt the delivery on another day. They also may try to reach out to you to schedule a delivery for another day. 


If you are away from home for longer, you might want to update your address, so that you can receive your parcel at a different address or make sure that someone is at your home to receive the delivery.


We always recommend to keep a close eye on the tracking status of your parcel to make sure someone can accept it when it is being delivered!
