When you sign up to one of our subscription plans you will be asked to enter your payment details at checkout, but you won't be charged anything yet for the initial subscription activation order. Our system will check that your payment method is valid and then start your subscription.
The first payment (and also all future payments) will be taken within the first week of the month and as shown in the table below:

Romantasy Book-Only | 4th day of the month (or shortly after) |
Adult Book-Only | 5th day of the month (or shortly after) |
For example, if you sign up to a monthly Young Adult Box subscription on October 15th, you will not be charged until November 1st, and this would mean that the November Young Adult box would be your first shipment. Thereafter, payments will continue to be automatically deducted on the 1st day of every month.
Please note that renewals can sometimes take a little while for our system to process, so please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to go through.
You can always log into your account on our website to view your upcoming payment date and schedule. Please
make sure that you have the required balance available before your subscription is about to renew to avoid any renewal payment issues.
If the automatic payment fails, please either log into your account to manually pay for the renewal or reach out to our customer support team!
