My renewal payment has failed, what can I do?

If your renewal payment failed, our system will usually make a few more automatic payment attempts within the next couple of hours and days after the scheduled renewal date. Please make sure that your payment method is valid and there are enough funds in your account for the renewal payment to go through. 


If your card was declined, please contact your bank or payment card provider to find out why the payment was declined and make sure the card is not blocked. We also recommend to check your card details and make sure the card hasn't expired. 


If you are having any trouble with this, please contact our team and we will be happy to help.


You can also always log into your account on our website and manually make the renewal payment if the automatic renewal payment has failed.
