I’m past the queue but cannot see the product, where can I find it?

The most direct way to access any sale will be through the link provided via your sale invitation email. 

General Access

Our General Access sales are held in our online store  - you can simply browse our store, or type in the book you’re looking for using the search function. If you’re signed up to our Newsletter, you will also receive an email notification for books newly on sale, providing a direct link. 

Active Subscriber Early Access

If you're an active subscriber, you’ll receive Early Access through your Membership - no need for a password! Before a sale goes live, we’ll still send you a notification email with a direct link, but the quickest way to access the sale is by logging into your FairyLoot account and heading to the 'My Membership' section of your account. 

Sequel Early Access

Early Access for sequel sales is a little different. If you purchased the previous book in the series from us, you’ll receive an email with a link and password to access the sale. Be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!) at the time mentioned in our sale announcement.

If can't access the sale via your Membership or haven't received an Early Access email where needed, please contact us as soon as possible and our team will be on hand to help.
