How can I change my address?

You can change your shipping address for future orders in your account.

If you have placed a pre-order for an Exclusive Edition in our online store, we will need to manually update your address for you, as updating your address will not change any previous orders and will only affect future orders. Please contact us us and we can update your address for you.

As soon as your label gets sent to our warehouse, it will be impossible to change the address – so please make sure that you inform us about your address change as early as possible!

You will receive an email for every order when it is preparing to ship, which will provide a final deadline for address edits to be made.
