How do I skip a month?

If you have a monthly subscription plan, you can skip an upcoming subscription renewal in your account on our website. To do this, go to your account and under your account click subscriptions:

Select the subscription you would like to skip and then skip an upcoming renewal by clicking the "Skip next payment" button in to your subscription:

You can skip a renewal 4 times per every 12 months for each active subscription in your account, and the 12 month period begins from when you skip the first payment. For example, if you skip the November 2022 box, then you will have 4 skips available to use from November 2022 until November 2023, and then the skips will reset to 4.

If your "skips remaining" balance is 0, you won't be able to skip another renewal until your skip balance is restored after 12 months.

The skip function only allows you to skip one box at a time, but if you would like to skip two boxes in a row please contact us and our team can arrange this for you.

If you have a 3 or 6 month subscription plan, please contact us and our team will be able to help you skip.
