When will I get a response?

One of our support agents typically responds to a new support ticket within 2-3 business days. Sometimes support requests are more complex to handle and it will take a little longer for us to respond to. 

Please also note, that certain times such as festive periods or subscription renewal windows our customer support team might have a higher amount of tickets to attend to and therefore it can take a little longer for you to get an initial response.
