My payment was declined, what should I do?

If your payment was declined, please contact your bank or payment card provider to find out why the payment was declined and make sure the card is not blocked. We also recommend to check your card details and make sure the card hasn't expired. 

Our team is happy to look into the declined payment for you, but usually we cannot see why the payment was declined. This is why we always recommend to reach out to your bank first.
